Body and Spirit

Have you ever wondering about the other world? The dream world. If you think about it, and if you calculate the days and years you spent in your life, you will notice a big portion of it goes into our sleep. They say we will have for more than half our life. And it true. You know, the dream world fascinates me, it really does. If we spend more than half out life sleeping then surely sleep and the dreams we have while we sleep must be important. There must be some kind of spiritual life in our dream world. And there is.

The trouble is, that when people wake up, most dont recal their dreams, they know something definetly went down in their dreams, but when they wake up, its just a mist, with the remnant lingering in thier mind, And I know, its frustrating sometimes. We all have the right to access this spiritual life that happens when we sleep.

But interesting enough, its the things that we do during the day that put our spiritual to sleep or to death. Many things actually. But we've grown so accustomed to our lifestyles that we think everythign is normal. But its not. There is something wrong.

They say we are comprised of body and soul. The fleshy part of us that is satisfied with food, drink, intimacy and what not. And then there's the other portion of us that is satisfied with the less physical, like praise, kind words, love and acceptance and good things don to us. We cant touch, feel, or taste kind words, but they have such an impact on our spiritual biengs. The smallest thing said to you can make your whole day. You feel happy, enlightened full of energy, only because someone recognized or appreciated you, or showed you love. Just from that you feel you could do anything and it kept you going.

To be continued....
